Hybrid Working in the PR & Comms industry

As PR agencies and in-house teams embrace the ‘new’ office environment post pandemic, we asked for the latest thinking on what a hybrid working model could look like. We collected a range of opinions including this from a Senior Director working in-house:

“We aim to return to an office based culture but have delayed this till January 2022. In the interim period we are giving staff complete flexibility to choose how they work and use mechanisms to collect information on how people are feeling about travelling to offices, working in them and attending company events. Our aim is to allow people a choice.”
