Drawn from a select group of CEOs and Membership Directors of c100 Membership and Trade Associations, at least 85% of CEOs think that the pandemic has had an impact on their members’ mental health and wellbeing.
Although one CEO believes that “whilst [people are] fed up being at home and inside so much, their mental wellbeing is generally strong and resilient” in the future “working from home … will still be the exception”.
Another CEO offered, “Home working environments, home schooling, length of lockdown, lack of physical interaction with colleagues – all have been cited in various levels of impact, as reasons for mental health concern. mental health is now often a Board agenda item in firms.”
