A CEO advocated… “Do what seems right for people and don’t be afraid to ask members directly for support.”

Another Membership Director offered,

“We’re extending the renewal period, postponing the 2020 fee increase for our Direct Debit payers and introducing a free membership period for new members. Although our membership fee is relative low, membership is not compulsory and an easy expenditure for our members to reduce. We’re focusing our efforts on support and value and hope that our community stays with us once we’re out the other side.”
